SDA Moldova’s governing bodies are:

1) Steering Committee is the senior governing and supervisory body, which is an independent and final decision-making authority in major issues related to SDA Moldova’s projects;

2) Executive Committee is an independent decision-making body empowered to approve final decisions on a limited number of issues listed in the SDA Moldova’s Bylaws;

3) Management Unit is the entity’s executive body responsible for the daily management of the projects.
